Starting with Dental System 2024, Operators are no longer created directly in Dental System Control Panel. Instead, Operators are managed through Profiles, with each Profile corresponding to a single Operator.

When signing in to Dental Manager, the selected Profile determines the Operator name displayed in the software.

Key Changes

  1. Operator Creation Tied to Profiles:
    • The ability to add Operators has been removed from the Dental System Control Panel (DSCP).
    • Instead, Operators are managed through Profiles. Each Profile corresponds to an Operator.
  2. Selecting Operators Through Profiles:
    • When logging into Dental Manager (DM), the name of the Operator is determined by the selected Profile.
    • To switch Operators, sign out of DM and log in using the desired Profile.
  3. Logged-In User Priority:
    • The logged-in user’s Profile will appear first in the ‘Operators’ list.
